Ronald Koeman held a press conference on Saturday, ahead of Barcelona’s clash with Huesca on Sunday night.
The Dutchman has another injury headache ahead of the clash, with the news that Philippe Coutinho will be sidelined for three months.
However, Koeman was pleased with Leo Messi’s fitness, and feels he is motivated to get back onto the field of play.
“He is doing well,” he said of the Argentine. “He trained on the 30th and 31st, while the rest were off.
“He doesn’t have any discomfort. He is ready, happy and motivated. He is important for us.”
