The Atlanta Hawks remain ‘confident’ they can sign restricted free agent Bogdan Bogdanovic.
The Hawks are the favorite to land the Serbian guard, yet the Sacramento Kings can match any offer Bogdanovic receives within 48 hours.
“But his production may not ultimately matter as much if the Hawks can land Sacramento guard Bogdan Bogdanovic. Sources remain confident that Atlanta is in strong position to sign him.
I’ve heard Bogdanovic’s deal could be somewhere around four years and $72 million,” Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports.
Bogdanovic averaged 15.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists with the Kings last season.
The Hawks have shored up their backcourt with Rajon Rondo and Kris Dunn, and there’s still one major piece out there.
