James Harden has finally been granted his wish of being traded away from the Houston Rockets, with a deal being reached for the 2018 MVP to join the Brooklyn Nets.

The 31-year-old guard will reunite with former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Kevin Durant in Brooklyn, while Kyrie Irving will complete quite a formidable Big Three as they go in search of the first NBA championship in the Nets’ history.

The deal to send Harden to the Nets involved four teams, with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers also involved.

As reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne, the moving parts involved Harden, Caris LeVert, Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs, Taurean Prince, Jarrett Allen and Victor Oladipo, as well as six picks and four pick swaps.
