Rafinha on the ball for PSG.
Paris Saint-Germain announced that one of their players has tested positive for the coronavirus upon their return to training following the Christmas break.
The French champions did not disclose the name of the player but mention that he is now following COVID-19 protocol and is self-isolating.
Both Le Parisien and RMC are reporting that it is former Barcelona midfielder Rafinha Alcantara.
Sunday’s training session was PSG’s first under their newly appointed coach, Mauricio Pochettino, a day after he was presented.
PSG’s first Ligue 1 match of the year is on Wednesday when they take on Saint-Etienne away from home.
