Rajon Rondo moves to sixth on the all-time playoffs assists list

Rajon Rondo reached another milestone in Game 2 between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat.

The veteran guard had 16 points and 10 assists, as the Lakers rallied past the Heat (114-124).

As a result, Rondo surpassed Larry Bird and is now sixth on the all-time playoff assists list with 1,063. Tony Parker, who is fifth on the list, has 1,043.

The Lakers lead the series 2-0 and are two wins away from the 17th NBA championship.

Game 3 is on Friday.
